Which Step is Right for You?

  • Start with Steps 1 & 2: Lengthen and Learn if you have general tightness, are new to learning postural fundamentals, or want to build better postural habits.
  • Start with Step 3 if you already have good mobility, minimal pain, and a solid understanding of correct posture. This step will help strengthen your body and ensure long-term postural support.

Depending on your needs, you may benefit from beginning with one step or following all three steps for lasting results. If you have pain or tension/restriction in either your low back, hips, neck, or shoulders, you might like to consider Step 1 or 2 from one of my more targeted programs instead: Low Back and Hips, or Neck and Shoulders.
