Neck & Shoulders Corrective Movement

NECK & SHOULDERS: sweet release PROGRAMME ($47)

Tissue self-release, muscular stretching and pain relief. A full array of exercises that target all primary areas most commonly influencing neck and shoulder pain and tension, with various options to suit anyone at any stage.

The 3 Steps to Corrective Movement:

Step 1

Step 1: Sweet Release
To move properly, we first need mobility and range of motion in our joints. The Sweet Release programs help you achieve this by increasing freedom of movement, reducing pain, and easing tension.

Step 2

Step 2: Move Better
This step focuses on learning the basics of correct movement and integrating positive habits into your daily routine, building a foundation for lasting improvement.

Step 3

Step 3: Future Proof
Creating a “new normal” requires conditioning the body to handle life’s daily demands. This step builds strength and endurance to keep you moving well, now and long-term.

Which Step is Right for You?

  • Start with Step 1 if you’re experiencing pain, stiffness, or tightness in a specific area. This step focuses on relieving tension, which is often necessary before your body can regain proper movement patterns.
  • Start with Step 2 if you have no pain or significant tightness limiting your mobility. This step is also ideal if you’ve recently completed a release phase that has reduced pain and improved your range of motion.
  • Start with Step 3 if you have little to no pain, good mobility, and are already familiar with the fundamentals of correct movement.

Depending on where you are in your journey, you may benefit from starting with just one step or completing all three steps to achieve long-lasting results.
