In person support

If you’re based in or near Palmerston North, New Zealand, I can work one-on-one with you to retrain your body to support an optimal posture and way of moving.

These in-person sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals.

1-1 individualised support will help you move better, so you can feel great.

My philosophy is to help you get setup for lifelong success, to educate you to look after your own body so that you don’t have to rely on someone else.

Have you ever wondered why some people respond well to standard rehabilitative or training programmes, but others do not? These programmes are based solely on what most people respond well to, but we know that in reality, not everyone fits that bill – what about the minority?

I pride myself on looking at the individual in front of me and making no assumptions; with me, you will not be treated like a number, and your symptoms won’t be treated generically. We work together to identify what’s happening with your body, and on targeting your body’s needs.

During our one-on-one sessions, we focus on assessing your needs and progress. I’ll prescribe personalised exercises and habit-training drills for you to practice independently between sessions, and together we will progress your training plan until you achieve your goals. 

Whether in-person at my Palmerston North studio, or via distance (Zoom), we can work together. Sessions focus on assessment and exercise prescription.

Initial Assessment ($107)

     

  • 1 hour session

A one hour session to get to know each other, including a detailed background discussion and physical assessments. I will provide you with knowledge and tips and make recommendations going forward.

Follow-up consultations

  • 30 minute session $67
  • 45 minute session $87

  • 60 minute session $107

The duration of each session is dependent on the requirements and complexity of your case, as well as the frequency of your sessions.

As all bodies are different, there is no set duration or number of sessions needed. But I will guide you along the way, based on the progress and findings throughout your journey.
