  • Payment information: card or other payment details provided when booking online. These payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored by IN-TENSION NZ

  • To communicate about appointments and services

  • To process payments

  • To keep accurate, professional records

How I Keep Your Information Safe

  • I store your information securely in Cliniko and other secure systems

  • Access is limited to me only

Who I Share Your Information With
I don’t share your information, except:

  • With your consent

  • When required by law

  • With service providers who help me run my practice (e.g., payment processors)

Cookies and Tracking

  • IN-TENSION NZ’s online booking system (Cliniko) may use cookies to provide booking functionality and track analytics. By using our website, you consent to the use of these cookies

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):

  • IN-TENSION NZ may use Heidi Health, an AI-assisted clinical documentation tool, during consultations to securely transcribe conversations and assist with the preparation of clinical notes. Clients will be informed when Heidi is being used and consent will be obtained where required. The information generated by Heidi is reviewed by the practitioner and forms part of the clinical documentation process. Heidi does not use patient data to train its AI models. Consultation audio is not retained by Heidi when using real-time transcription, although transcripts and generated notes may be temporarily stored in accordance with Heidi’s data retention settings.

Your Rights
You can:

  • Ask to see or get a copy of your information

  • Ask for corrections if something is wrong

  • Withdraw consent, where legally possible
